Week 11
Building Your AI Portfolio
Proof beats promises every single time
Certifications are great. But you know what's even better? PROOF that you can actually do things with AI. This week, you're building a portfolio.
Document every automation you've built: - Screenshots of the workflow - Description of what it does - Before: how long the task took manually - After: how long it takes now (probably zero because it's automated) - Estimated time saved per week/month
Write a LinkedIn article about your AI learning journey. Use AI to help draft it (of course). Cover: - Where you started (zero AI knowledge) - What you've learned in 11 weeks - Specific tools and certifications - Real-world results and time savings - Where you're heading next
Update your LinkedIn profile: - Add all certifications to the Licenses & Certifications section - Update your headline to include AI/automation skills - Add relevant skills: 'AI Implementation,' 'Prompt Engineering,' 'Process Automation,' 'AI Strategy' - Update your About section to reference your AI capabilities
Create a 1-page 'AI Capabilities' summary: - Your certifications - Tools you're proficient in - Types of automations you've built - Industries/applications you've focused on - This is something you can share with business partners, clients, and potential employers
This documentation is what separates 'I know about AI' from 'I can prove I know AI.' Nobody cares what you say you can do. They care what you can show.
