Salesforce Trailhead is another goldmine of free education. And here's the kicker - it's gamified. You earn badges, points, and rankings. It's like a video game but you're actually learning shit that makes you money.

Why Salesforce? Two reasons. First, Salesforce is the world's largest CRM platform. Understanding it - even at a basic level - makes you more valuable in any business context. Second, they've built excellent AI training modules that go beyond just their platform.

Start with the AI Fundamentals trail. It covers the basics of AI in a business context, then gets into Einstein AI (Salesforce's AI layer). Even if you never touch Salesforce itself, the concepts translate everywhere.

The badge system is addicting. Every module you complete earns a badge on your Trailhead profile. These are visible to anyone and carry real weight, especially with companies that use Salesforce (which is a shitload of companies).

Pro tip: set a goal of earning at least 5 badges this week. The modules are short - 15-30 minutes each. You can knock out 2-3 during a lunch break.
